Today's guest is Massey Knakal's chairman, Bob "Big Knack Attack" Knakal. Some of the highlights of his bio: Knakal began his career at what is now CB Richard Ellis and left to start Massey Knakal with Paul J. Massey Jr. in 1988. By this point, Knakal can take credit for the sale of more than 1,175 buildings worth more than $7.8 billion. He's also talked about rent regulation reform.
